  • Do you take Custom / Personalised Orders?

Custom orders can be arranged on a case by case basis. Several factors including time frame and availability of resources will impact upon my ability to accept. Please contact me directly for a quote.

 

  • Do you have pick up /free delivery?

Only local (Cairns Region) purchases can be picked up at one of my market stalls. Do not order online if you do not want to pay postage. Please contact me for more information. 

 

  • I ordered an item but the colours look different.

All my items are handmade and photography is just on my phone. Colours and perceptions may appear different on different monitors and lighting. By ordering a handmade item from Handmade Gifts Cairns you are agreeing to this policy.

 

  • There are some imperfections on my item.

Each item is handmade by me personally. I am not a machine. Slight deviations only add to the uniqueness of each individual piece. By ordering a handmade item from Handmade Gifts Cairns  you are agreeing to this policy.  

 

  • Can I return if I don't like it?

Returns outside of Australian Consumer Law will not be accepted. 

 

  • How do you work out pricing?

A combination of cost of materials and my time taken. I price cheaper than minimum wage to help cut costs to you however I cannot price any lower.

 

  • Postage Terms  

**Upon cleared payment your items will be posted via ordinary Australia Post on the next business day. No tracking will be provided unless you elect to pay extra for this service. All items will be photographed being placed into the post box or a receipt of postage at post office will be recorded.No responsibility will be taken for rare Australian Post loss or damage.  Please lodge a claim with them directly. 

**Custom & Personalised Orders please allow 3-6 weeks after payment due to the time constraints of handmade. You will be provided a more accurate estimate at time of ordering.
